Through web technologies Coastal Property Service's clients and their real-estate professional have the ability to order an inspection and download their inspection report online.  Once the client orders their inspection an email is sent to the email address the client has provided alerting them that their inspection order is being processed and giving them their client user name and password.

Once the inspection order and date is confirmed by Coastal Property Services, the client will receive another email confirming that the inspection has been scheduled and to be present at the confirmed address, time, and date that the inspection was scheduled for.

When the inspection and inspection report have been completed the client will receive another email giving them instructions and a web link where their inspection report can be downloaded to their home or office computer.
