The owner and driving force of Coastal Property Services has been providing quality residential and condominium inspections for individuals throughout the Tampa Bay Area (Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough, and Manatee Counties) since 1987.

Drew has inspected a wide range of building designs from late 1800 Victorian style homes to the most recent modern energy efficient homes constructed today. His experience also includes multifamily townhouses, high-rise condominiums, and light commercial strip store to multi-unit hotel/motel type buildings.

With his 20 years of experience performing home inspections, and a total of 35 years in the construction industry, Drew brings a tremendous amount of construction and maintenance knowledge to every inspection he performs.

His knowledge base, experience, and the ability to communicate all the “need to knows“ that today's real-estate purchasing consumers are looking for is the cornerstone to providing the highest degree of quality and professional home inspections that money can buy.
